If you've dropped off your return and are wondering where your refund is, here's a clear breakdown of what to expect at each stage.
Step 1 — Your return traveling to us Once dropped off, your return typically takes around 3 working days to arrive back at our warehouse. You can track your return using the tracking information provided by your chosen carrier at the time of drop off.
Step 2 — Processing at our warehouse Once your return arrives at our warehouse it will be checked and processed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued — if you haven't received this email, your return is likely still in transit or awaiting processing.
Step 3 — Refund arriving in your account Once processed, depending on your original payment method, funds can take a further 1–3 working days to appear in your account.
My tracking hasn't updated and it's been longer than expected — what do I do? If your tracking hasn't updated within a reasonable timeframe or you haven't received your refund confirmation email and believe your return should have arrived, please get in touch with our support team. When contacting us please have the following ready as we'll need these to investigate:
- Your order number
- Proof of postage from when you dropped off your return
Will my original shipping costs be refunded? Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return was the result of an error on our part, such as receiving a faulty item. In those cases your original shipping cost will be refunded in full along with your return.
