We're sorry but we're unable to refund the difference if an item you've purchased is subsequently reduced in a sale.
If the item is still available at the sale price and you're within your 100-day return window, you do have the option to return your original order for a refund and place a new order at the sale price. However there are a few things to bear in mind before doing so:
- We cannot hold or reserve items, so there's no guarantee the product will still be in your size by the time your return is processed
- Sale prices can change at any time and we cannot guarantee the price will remain the same by the time your refund is issued
- Your return will incur the standard return fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return and refund processing typically takes 3 working days to warehouse and a further 1–3 working days to your account before you'd be in a position to reorder
