Your refund will always reflect exactly what you paid at the time of your original order. Here's how different scenarios work:
Standard returns You'll receive a refund for the items you return at the price you paid for them. Your original shipping cost is not included in the refund unless your return was the result of a fault.
Orders placed using a discount code If you used a discount code on your original order, your refund will be based on the amount you actually paid rather than the full price of the item. For example, if an item cost £200 and you used a 10% discount code, your refund will be £180.
Orders placed using a gift card If you used a gift card to pay for part or all of your order, your refund will be returned to the gift card first. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method used.
Refunds to a different payment method Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used to place the order. We're unable to process refunds to a different card or payment method.
Partial returns If you're only returning part of your order, you'll be refunded for the specific items returned at the price you paid for them. Any items you're keeping will not be included in the refund.
Why is my refund less than I expected? The most common reasons for a lower than expected refund are that a discount code was applied to the original order, a return fee was deducted, or only part of the order was returned. If you've checked all of the above and still believe your refund is incorrect, please get in touch with our support team with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
