Finding your order number Your Vivobarefoot order number is included in your order confirmation email, which you'll receive shortly after placing your order. Look for the email titled "Thank you for your order." Your order number will begin with a 2-letter region code followed by 9 numbers, for example UK123456789 or DE123456789.
Can't find your confirmation email? Check your junk or spam folder. If you still can't locate it, please get in touch with our support team with the email address you used to place the order and we'll help you track it down.
Important: If you ordered from outside the UK you may also have received a separate confirmation email from Global-E, our international payments partner, showing a reference number beginning with GE for example GE123456789DE. This is not your Vivobarefoot order number. See our Why Isn't My Order Number Working in the Returns Portal? FAQ for more details on this.
Tracking your order Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your package is on the way!" containing your tracking link. You can also log into your Vivobarefoot account and check on your order from there:
- Log into your Account
- Find your order in your order history
- If your order shows as dispatched, click the tracking link to follow your delivery
- If your order is still showing as being prepared, check back in 24 hours to allow us a little time to get it packed and on its way to you
My tracking hasn't updated, what do I do? Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24–48 hours so it's worth giving it a little time before getting in touch. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, your order should still be on its way.
However please get in touch with our support team if any of the following apply:
- Your tracking hasn't updated in 6 or more working days
- Your tracking shows a problem such as an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt
- Your order appears to have been held at customs, see our Customs & Import Fees FAQ for information on customs charges
For orders placed to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO addresses please allow at least 14 days for your tracking to update before contacting us to investigate.
