What happens to products that cannot be refurbished?

If we can’t refurbish a pair of shoes, we do our best to disassemble and downcycle the materials. If that’s not possible, we store the items until we find a suitable end-of-life solution. While this isn’t the perfect option, we’re continuously exploring innovative ways to recycle and repurpose our materials.
