What happens if my footwear is not repairable?

If our team determines that your shoes cannot be repaired, we’ll contact you directly to explain why the repair is not possible and discuss available options.  

If you want to dispose of your Vivos, we’ll recycle them and refund you your repair cost. However if you would like them back, we’ll pack them up and ship them to you at your cost. Your repair payment would be refunded.
