Head to the My Account page and simply enter a valid email address and create a password. After December 3rd in the UK and February 8th for all International markets all customers will need to reset their password so they can continue to access their account.
We moved our platform to give you a better online shopping experience. If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.
