We offer self-service exchanges in selected countries, making it simple to swap your item for a different size or color of the same product directly through our returns portal — no need to contact us.
Is an exchange available for my location? Exchange availability depends on your location and the services available in your region. The quickest way to check is to head to the returns portal and enter your order details — if an exchange option is available to you, it will appear at the item selection stage. If you don't see the option, exchanges aren't currently available in your region, but you can still return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.

How does an exchange work? The process is straightforward and handled entirely through the returns portal:
- Head to the returns portal and enter your order number and email address
- Select the item you'd like to exchange
- Choose the exchange option and select your preferred size or color of the same product
- Pay any applicable return fee and download your return label
- Drop off your parcel within 10 days of creating your label
- Once your return is on its way back to us, your new item will be shipped to you on standard delivery
Important: Your exchange order won't be shipped until your return is confirmed as in transit, so please make sure you drop off your parcel within the 10-day window. If your return is not dropped off within 10 days of creating your label, your exchange will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a refund instead. Any stock being held for your exchange will be released, so we cannot guarantee the same size or color will still be available if you wish to try again.
Good to Know
- Exchanges are for the same product only — a different size or color. We're unable to exchange for a different model or style.
- You can only exchange an item once. If your replacement still isn't right, you can return it for a refund instead. Please also note that if you miss the 10-day drop-off window your exchange will be automatically cancelled and refunded — stock cannot be held beyond this point.
- Your 100-day return window resets on your exchange order, as it is treated as a new order.
- All exchange orders are shipped via standard delivery.
- Free promotional items, digital courses, and products from Revivo and VivoBiome are not eligible for exchange.
I've already exchanged once — what are my options? Only one exchange is allowed per item. If your replacement still isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund through the portal in the usual way. Once your refund has been processed you're welcome to place a new order for a different size, color, or style.
What about discount codes or promotions from my original order? If you're returning for a refund and placing a new order, please note that any discount codes or promotions applied to your original order cannot be reissued or carried over to your new order. Your new order will be treated independently, and any promotions currently available at the time of ordering will apply in the usual way. We're unable to replace expired or previously used discount codes.
I'm not in a supported region — what can I do? If the exchange option isn't available to you, simply return your item for a refund through the portal and place a new order for the item you need. Visit our How Do I Return My Items? FAQ for the correct returns link for your region.
