By completing this course, you’ll become a Vivobarefoot Accredited Coach, gaining access to various professional benefits and CPD points via CIMPSPA, ISSA, NASM, and AFAA. You’ll learn to assess and improve foot strength, posture, and barefoot movement skills, helping others reconnect with their feet and embrace natural movement.

 

Course Duration and Structure

The course consists of 4 hours of learning time, divided into seven modules that cover both theoretical and practical aspects of barefoot movement. The modules include multiple-choice assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding.

No, you don’t need to be a qualified trainer to take this course. It’s designed for anyone interested in learning, regardless of their background or experience level. Everyone is welcome!
