Using and Managing Your Vivobarefoot E-Gift Card

Where can I use my gift card? E-gift cards can only be redeemed on our UK online store at vivobarefoot.com. They cannot be used in our physical store or on any other regional Vivobarefoot website.

How do I redeem my gift card? You can apply your gift card at the basket page — look for the "Got a Gift Voucher?" section on the right-hand side summary menu. Enter your gift card code in the Gift Card box and click Add. Please make sure you use the Gift Card box and not the Discount Code box as these are separate fields and your gift card will not apply if entered in the wrong one.

Please note that gift cards can only be applied at the basket stage and not at any later point in the checkout process.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order? Yes — you can apply multiple gift cards to a single order.

How do I check my gift card balance? You can check your gift card balance and status at any time from the basket page without needing to place an order. In the "Got a Gift Voucher?" section, click the "Check Balance & Status" link and enter your gift card code. This works for both logged-in account holders and guest users.

What happens if I return an item I paid for with a gift card? If you used a gift card to pay for part or all of an order and then return it, your refund will automatically be returned to the original gift card. If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, each payment method will be refunded proportionally — the gift card portion back to the gift card and the remaining balance back to the other payment method used.
