Buying a Vivobarefoot E-Gift Card

Vivobarefoot e-gift cards are available to purchase on our UK store at vivobarefoot.com and make a great gift for anyone who loves barefoot footwear.

What values are available? E-gift cards are available in the following amounts: £20, £50, £100, £150, £200 and £250. Custom amounts are not currently available.

Who can I buy a gift card for? E-gift cards can only be purchased for and used by customers in the UK. Gift cards purchased for recipients outside the UK will be unredeemable, so please make sure your recipient is UK-based before purchasing.

Who receives what when I buy a gift card? When you purchase an e-gift card you'll receive the order confirmation email to your own address. The recipient you specify during the purchase process will receive a separate email containing their gift card details and code.

Can I use a discount or promotional code to buy a gift card? No — promotional and discount codes cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards. You can however use a gift card to purchase items that are on promotion or on sale.

When does a gift card expire? E-gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. Please make sure your recipient is aware of this so they don't miss out.

Can I get a refund on a gift card I've purchased? E-gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they haven't been redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed or the 14-day window has passed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please note we're unable to issue cash refunds on gift cards under any circumstances.
