There is no single timeline — your feet have their own history, habits and strengths, and they will adapt at their own pace.
Some people feel confident and comfortable within a few weeks. Others take several months to fully adapt. Both are completely normal.
The key is consistency. Begin with short periods of wear and increase gradually. If discomfort appears, reduce your barefoot time for a few days and focus on gentle exercises. As your strength grows, you will naturally find yourself spending more time in barefoot shoes without thinking about it.
