Starting a return is simple, everything you need is through our Delivery & Returns page at vivobarefoot.com/delivery-and-returns.
The page opens on the Delivery tab by default, so just click Returns at the top to switch over. From there you'll see full details about our returns policy along with a "Start Your Return Now" button to get the process going.
What you'll need:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
Once you're in the returns portal, you can select which items from your order you'd like to return, choose the carrier option that works best for you, and you'll also be shown the return shipping cost at that point.
Can I send my return back myself without using the portal?
We'd strongly recommend against this, for a few reasons. Our warehouse isn't set up to receive unregistered parcels, which means items sent back outside of the portal process can cause significant delays to your refund. We'd also have no visibility of your parcel in transit, so we wouldn't be able to give you any updates on when it's arrived. On top of that, arranging your own return courier is almost always more expensive than the options available through our portal.
Can I use the delivery address on my original parcel?
Please don't use the shipping address from your original order to send items back. For customs and invoicing purposes, our parcels are shipped via Global-E as the merchant of record, meaning the address shown on your original delivery is not our returns warehouse. Sending items to that address will result in delays and complications with your refund. The returns portal will always direct you to the correct process and carrier.
