How do I use my points? How long do I have to use them?

Every time your account reaches 500 points, we’ll automatically turn them into a 15% reward code. No hoops to jump through, no fuss; just a little thank-you for moving with us.

If you rack up more than 500 points in one go, you won’t miss out. You’ll simply receive multiple codes. For example:

• Collect 1000 points in a single order? You’ll get two 15% discount codes.
• If you’re already sitting on 300 points and earn another 300, we’ll convert 500 of them into a 15% code, and the remaining 100 points will stay put, ready to help you reach your next Milestone.

Just a heads-up: discount codes can’t be combined. Two 15% codes won’t merge into a 30% discount.

Your points are valid for 12 months, and the countdown resets every time your account shows a little activity;  whether that’s placing an order or completing any point-earning action.
