If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason - fit, feel, or performance - you can return it within 100 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Please note: if you purchased Vivobarefoot items at another retailer, you will need to arrange the return with that retailer directly.
Reporting a quality or manufacturing fault (within 6 months)
If you believe there is a genuine fault with your footwear, we want to know about it. Our 6-month quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What we would typically consider a fault
- Sole separation not caused by impact or misuse
- Stitching or seam failure under normal wear
- Structural breakdown of the upper or midsole
- Material defects present from manufacture
What is not covered
- Sole wear consistent with regular use
- Cosmetic scuffing or surface marks
- Damage from impact, water ingress, or unusual use
- General deterioration in shoes over 6 months old

Submit a Quality and Fault Return
You will need your order number, photos of the fault, and the product code from the label inside your shoe. Our team reviews submissions daily and will come back to you with next steps.
Outside the 100-Day Trial or 6-Month Guarantee
If your shoes fall outside both windows, they may still have life in them. Revivo offers repair and refurbishment services, which is worth checking before you write them off.
