If you'd like to return your footwear, you have 100 days from the date of purchase to do so. Only footwear purchased via our website can be returned online — it cannot be returned in store. If you bought from another website or an independent store, please contact them directly for their returns policy.
A return fee applies, which is paid upfront in the returns portal before your label is created. Once your label is created, you have 10 days to drop off your parcel.

Returning an In-Store Purchase
If you purchased in-store at a Vivobarefoot store, please return your items to the same store with your original receipt. Please note that in-store purchases returned to store are processed separately and refunds can take 1–3 working days to arrive in your bank account.
If you purchased online at Vivobarefoot.com, your order cannot be returned to a store — please use the returns portal above instead.
