Points collected from an order will sit in a “pending” state for three days before they appear in your account. This short pause helps us make sure everything with your order is settled before your points head your way.
If you decide to return your order, the points you earned from it will be removed from your balance, but don’t worry; your points will never drop below zero.
And if you’ve used a 15% reward code and end up returning the full order, we’ll send a fresh code your way so you’re not missing out. If your replacement code doesn’t show up, just get in touch HERE and we’ll sort it.
