Yes, you can cancel your order at any time between purchasing your repair service and sending your Vivos to us.
Simply contact our customer service team on revivo@vivobarefoot.com and let us know. Remember to provide your order number and any relevant details.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process a full refund for the repair service. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Confirmation: After processing your cancellation and refund, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will include details of the refund and any other relevant information.
