1. Once we receive your shoes, our skilled team will carefully evaluate their condition before starting any repairs. This ensures we know exactly what type of repair is needed.
2. If we find that your shoes need a different repair service than the one you selected, we’ll contact you. Our team will explain the required repairs, any additional costs, and your options, so you can make an informed decision.
3. Upgrade option: f you agree to the suggested repair, we’ll proceed with the necessary work to restore your Vivos to their best possible condition. You’ll only be charged the difference between the repair service you initially purchased and the one you needed.
4. Refund option: If you decide not to go ahead with the upgraded repair, we’ll send your shoes back to you. In this case, you’ll receive a refund for the repair service you initially purchased, minus the return shipping cost.
