Changed your mind? No problem! If you decide to return your footwear within 100 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store purchases at our London Store), we offer a full, hassle-free refund—no questions asked.
For In-Store Purchases:
If you bought your items at our London Store, simply return them to the store with your original receipt or e-receipt to receive a full refund.
When Will I Get My Refund?
The timing of your refund depends on how quickly your chosen return courier delivers the items back to us. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 7 days. Keep in mind, it can take up to an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Good to Know:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- If you used a gift card for part or all of the purchase, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- For returns made via Happy Returns Bar (US) or at our London Retail Store, your refund will be processed immediately upon return.
Can I Combine Multiple Returns into One Package?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process combined returns. Each return must be sent separately, even if they are from the same order. Combining items into one package may cause delays or errors in your refund processing. If you’ve already sent multiple items in one package, please contact us so we can assist you. Keep any proof of postage receipts, as we may need to review them.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund, and you can place a new order for the replacement item. We’re working on offering exchanges in the near future!
