Where can I pre-order? Pre-orders are only available through our website at vivobarefoot.com or your regional site.
When will I be charged? Payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order. If you cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
When will my order ship? Your order will ship as soon as your items arrive at our warehouse. Check the product page for the estimated shipping date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I cancel my pre-order? Yes — please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible and we'll get it cancelled for you. Once cancelled, please allow 1–3 working days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet we may be able to update your address — please contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it's dispatched.
What if my pre-order is delayed? We'll always keep you updated by email if there's a delay to your pre-order. If you haven't heard from us and are concerned about your order, please get in touch with our support team.
Can I use a gift card or discount code on a pre-order? Yes — gift cards and discount codes work on pre-orders in exactly the same way as regular orders.
Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items? No — pre-orders and in-stock items need to be placed as separate orders as they ship at different times.
Can I order different colours or styles in one pre-order? No — each pre-order is for a specific product. If you'd like different colours or styles you'll need to place separate orders for each.
