Your refund is based on what you actually paid for the items you return. If you return your whole order, we also refund your original delivery cost, up to the value of our standard delivery fee.
The short version
- You're refunded the price you paid for each item you return, after any discount code.
- Your original delivery cost is refunded when you return your whole order, up to the value of our standard delivery fee.
- The return postage you pay to send items back isn't refunded, unless your return is because of a fault or a mistake on our part.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
The items you return
You're refunded exactly what you paid for them. If you used a discount code, your refund is based on the amount you actually paid, not the full price. For example, if an item cost £200 and you used a 10% discount code, your refund will be £180.
Delivery costs and return postage
| Your return | Your original delivery cost | Return postage you paid |
|---|---|---|
| Whole order, you changed your mind | Refunded, up to the value of our standard delivery fee | You pay for it, and it isn't refunded |
| Part of your order, you changed your mind | Not refunded | You pay for it, and it isn't refunded |
| Faulty or incorrect item | Refunded in full | Free |
For example, if you paid £8 for express delivery and you return your whole order, you'll get the full £8 back.
Returning only part of your order
You're refunded for the specific items you send back, at the price you paid for them. The items you keep aren't included in the refund.
Gift cards and payment methods
- If you paid with a gift card, your refund goes back to the gift card first. Any remaining balance goes to the other payment method you used.
- Refunds always go to the original payment method. We can't refund to a different card or method.
- If you paid with Klarna, timing depends on Klarna. See Klarna's refund information: Klarna Customer Service
What will it say on my statement?
Refunds for UK Vivobarefoot orders show as Vivobarefoot. Refunds for Revivo orders, and for Vivobarefoot orders placed on our non-UK sites, show as Global-e. It's the same refund. See "Why does my refund show as Global-e?"
Why is my refund less than I expected?
The most common reasons are:
- A discount code was used on your original order
- You returned part of your order, so your delivery cost wasn't included
- The return postage you paid isn't part of the refund
- Part of your payment was made with a gift card, so the refund is split
