Will I get the same parts on my ReVivo Repair or can I customise?

We’ll always aim to repair your footwear with the same parts—outsole, insole, laces, and eyelets—keeping them as close to the original as possible. But sometimes, certain parts are discontinued or out of stock. When that happens, we’ll swap them for the closest match in both style and function, so your shoes stay true to their purpose.

Right now, we don’t offer customisation on repairs—but that’s changing. Soon, you’ll be able to choose new outsoles, different laces, and even embrace visible mending with bold, colourful stitching. And for those looking to take it a step further? We’re working on options to dye your shoes, giving them a whole new lease of life. Stay tuned.
