Yes! If your order isn’t right for you, you can return it within 100 days of ordering. Free returns are limited to certain countries.
For US order we do not include returns forms to try to reduce waste, however you can use our new Happy returns platform to return your items quickly via a Happy Returns Bar or via USPS return label.
If your Vivos are not right for you, you can return them within 100 days of ordering. Only footwear purchased via our website can be returned online, it cannot be returned in store. If you bought from another website or an independent store, please contact them directly for their returns policy.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving return item(s) at our warehouse, but during busy periods please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
We cannot offer exchanges on your products – but all accepted returns will be refunded.
