What happens during the foot scan?

Once you're in store, head to the scanner or ask any member of staff for help.

Take off your shoes and socks, stand on the scanner in a relaxed posture with the toe post between your big and second toes. Fill in the details on the app and start your scan.

Once complete, enter your email and submit - the whole process takes around 5 minutes max.
