Why is your site down?

Big news – we’re stepping up our game!

Just like we did in February last year in the US, we’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Maersk in the EU. This is a big step forward and means:

• Faster delivery times and lower costs for orders served by our EU warehouse.
• A smoother returns process, thanks to our partnership with ZigZag for the EU and the rest of the world.
• Fewer stock issues once everything is fully up and running.

To make this happen, our site will be offline briefly on Monday, 27th January, from 08:00–12:00 GMT while we upgrade our internal systems.

We’ve done everything possible to make this transition as seamless as we can, but if there are any hiccups, rest assured we’ll have things sorted and back online as quickly as possible.
