Update 18/12/2024:
An update on your recent Vivobarefoot order. Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking longer than anticipated to ship. We’re working hard around the clock to get your order to you as soon as possible, any orders that were not Express Shipping, have now been upgraded to Express Shipping.
As a thank you for your patience we’re also processing a 10% refund, and refunding any initial shipping fees incurred on the original order. The refund will be automatically added to the card you ordered with.

We’re doing everything we can: Our team is actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. This includes reviewing refunds, compensation options, and upgrading deliveries where we can.
Track your order: Please keep an eye on your order status by logging into My Account on our website. You will receive an email update as soon as your order is shipped.
What we can do right now: Unfortunately, there’s nothing within customer services we can do to accelerate individual orders. Rest assured, we’re all working together to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing significant delays for all orders outside of the UK and USA, including both deliveries and returns. This is due to staffing challenges at our EU warehouse. We’re actively working on solutions and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

- Upgrading shipping: Unfortunately, we’re unable to upgrade orders to express delivery at this time.
- What we can do right now: There’s nothing within customer services we can do to accelerate individual deliveries or returns. However, we’re working to resolve these challenges and clear the backlog as quickly as we can.
