Why Haven’t I Received My Refund?

If you’ve sent back your return but are still waiting on your refund, we understand it can be frustrating. Here are a few reasons why this might be happening:

Delivery Times: Depending on your country and the returns courier you chose, delivery times back to our warehouse can vary from a few days to approximately 30 days.

How Can I Check the Status of My Return?

First, check your return tracking (if provided by your chosen courier) and look for updates like ‘Returned’, ‘Delivered’, or ‘Returned to Warehouse’. This means your item(s) are back at our warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 7 days. Hang tight, and we’ll email you once your return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Once processed, your refund can take up to 5 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
