Our Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! If you decide to return your footwear within 100 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store purchases at our London Store), we offer a full, hassle-free refund, no questions asked.

For In-Store Purchases:

If you bought your items at our London Store, please ensure you have a valid original receipt or e-receipt. Detailed information about returns at our London Store can be found on the United Kingdom returns information page.

When Will I Get My Refund?

The timing of your refund depends on how quickly your chosen returns courier gets the items back to us. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within a maximum of 7 days. Please note that it can take up to an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Good to Know:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
• If a gift card was used for part or all of the purchase, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
• If you use a Happy Returns Bar in the US or return items to our London Retail Store, your refund will be processed immediately upon return.

Can I Combine Multiple Returns into One Package?

Unfortunately, we can’t process combined returns. Each return must be sent separately, even if they are from the same order. Combining returns into one package may cause errors in your refund processing. If you’ve already sent multiple returns in one package, please let us know so we can assist you. Keep any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these for your return query.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We will refund your purchase, and you can place a new order for the replacement pair. We are working on changing this in the near future.
