The reason this release is currently exclusive to our UK customers is because it’s an extension of our Pioneers program and the trials they’ve been part of. As a key part of this process, customers are required to visit our UK store for a detailed foot scanning session.
From a logistical perspective, it’s challenging to extend this service to customers outside of the UK at the moment. But don’t worry, we’re not stopping here! We’re fully committed to expanding participation to our customers worldwide in the future.
