Please note that at the moment, we cannot provide free shipping outside the UK, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping us your Vivos.
We’re working to expand free shipping for our Take Back program to more regions, and eventually, make this available worldwide. For UK customers:
1. Clean, then pack your old Vivos (you’ll need to provide your own packaging)
2. Use our Royal Mail portal click here to arrange to ship your parcel for free.
3. Confirm the shape and size of your package
4. Fill out the form and select “Vivobarefoot Take Back” as the reason for return.
5. After entering your details, press the red button towards the bottom of the page: “Create your label for Revivo Take Back by Vivobarefoot” (You’ll have the option to use a QR code on your smartphone if you don’t have access to a printer)
6. Once you’ve arranged the free shipping, don’t forget to post your Vivos.
