How to apply your discount code Once you've added your items to your basket and proceeded to checkout, look for the "Promo Code," "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" field. Enter your code exactly as it was given to you, paying attention to any capital letters, and click Apply. You should see the discount reflected in your order total before completing your purchase.
Please note that most promotional codes require you to be logged into a Vivobarefoot account to work. If you're checking out as a guest and your code isn't applying, try logging in or creating a free account and applying it again.
My code isn't working — what do I check? If your code isn't applying at checkout, work through the following before getting in touch:
- Check the expiry date — every promotional code has an expiry date. Expired codes cannot be reactivated or extended under any circumstances
- Check for typos — enter the code exactly as provided, including any capital letters. Even a single incorrect character will prevent it from working
- Check for spaces — make sure there are no spaces before or after the code when you enter it
- Check the restrictions — some codes only apply to specific products, ranges or collections. If your basket only contains items the code doesn't cover, it won't apply
- Check if it's already been used — promotional codes are single use only. If the code has already been redeemed it cannot be used again
What codes don't work on Unless specifically stated otherwise when your code was issued, promotional codes cannot be used on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items already discounted or on special offer
- Gift cards
- Certain collections or collaborations
These restrictions are final and we're unable to make exceptions.
