Can I return or refund a gift card purchase?

In the event that you decide to return an item that was acquired using a Vivobarefoot E-Gift Voucher, we will process a credit to your Vivobarefoot E-Gift Voucher account equivalent to the value of the returned item. It is important to note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. 

Please be aware that E-Gift Vouchers are subject to a strict refund policy. Once 14 days have passed from the date of purchase, refunds for E-Gift Vouchers are no longer available. Furthermore, if you have already redeemed your E-Gift Voucher, it is not possible to obtain a refund at any point thereafter. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and the integrity of our voucher system.
