If you purchased your Vivos directly from us, either through our official web store at Vivobarefoot.com or our London Store, please get in touch and we will make things right. Unfortunately, we can only assist with items purchased directly from Vivobarefoot. If your shoes were bought from a third-party retailer or reseller, we recommend contacting them for support.
