How to cancel my VivoBiome order?

You have the option to cancel your order up until the point at which it enters the printing phase. Given the bespoke nature of these products tailored specifically for each customer, once production commences on your pair, cancellation becomes impracticable.

For customers participating in Drop 1, who ordered and paid the full amount. You will sadly not be able to cancel your order as the pairs will be being produced to close to the order time.

For drop 3, You will have to pay in full at point of order but will have until up to the 2nd of September to Cancel your order.

Conversely, for drops 2 and 4, the £35 deposit remains non-refundable. This is intended to offset the expenses incurred for the acquisition of materials dedicated to your customised footwear.

The Cancellation time frame is anytime up to 4 days before your order is due to start production.
