Why do I have to do a digital and an in-person foot scan?

Our physical scanner is the most accurate method we have of scanning your feet to ensure we get the right size and fit for you. As part of the Pioneers program, we are testing the efficacy and reliability of the digital footscan against the in-person foot scan. Our vision in the future is to use just the digital, but for now we require both.
