If you return an order where a discount code was applied, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid for the order, not the original price. Here’s an example: If the shoes originally cost £200, and you used a 10% discount code, meaning you paid £180, your refund will be for £180.
If I return a product, will I be refunded on the same e-gift card?
If you used a gift card to place an order but decide to return it, the refund will automatically go back onto the gift card, even if the e-gift card did not cover the full cost of the order.
What if I want to reorder?
No worries! If you plan to reorder and need a new discount code to replace the one you used, just reach out to one of our Barefoot Buddies with your previous order number (the one where the discount code was applied), and we will sort it out for you.
