EU Delivery Delays

We wanted to keep you in the loop about a few temporary delays affecting some of our deliveries in Europe. Here’s what’s happening:

Germany – DHL
Due to a high volume of packages, our delivery partner DHL is currently working through a backlog at their parcel centre.
Expected delay: 1–2 days
Their teams are working hard to process shipments as quickly as possible, and we’re hopeful that the backlog will be cleared today.

Pending: DPD (all destinations)
There’s currently a delay with trailer unloading at DPD, especially for Maersk shipments injected into their network.
Expected delay: 1–2 days

Pending: Greece & Cyprus – Heatwave Impact
With a severe heatwave approaching, our delivery partners in Greece and Cyprus are making temporary changes to their operations to ensure safety.
Expected delay: 1–2 days
