The footwear sold on the Revivo website comes from a variety of sources, including customer returns and leftover stock from previous seasons. This includes: Reconditioned Footwear: Shoes that have been worn and sent back to us are carefully reconditioned and then sold. Lightly Worn or Unworn Returns: Styles returned immediately or within our 100-day return guarantee program, which have seen very little wear or none at all. Leftover Stock: New shoes from previous seasons that are still in perfect condition but sold at a small discount. We take pride in giving these shoes a second life, ensuring they meet our high standards before they reach you.
