Why are the MONO Moccs and Tabbis sold in Men's and Women's if they’re 3D printed?
We’re currently in the testing phase and aim to collect equal data from men’s and women’s pairs to improve fit and performance across demographics.

Are the BIOMES Vegan?
While the Hybrid Wings and MONOs aren’t Vegan Certified, they contain no animal-derived materials.

Can I customize the BIOMES since they’re made to order?
Currently, customization isn’t available, but it’s part of our future plans for BIOME products.

Why are BIOME shoes so expensive?
BIOME shoes are crafted with high-quality materials, cutting-edge technology, and skilled labor in smaller production runs, which impacts the price.

Can I order multiple pairs of Hybrid Wing BIOMES in different colors?
We limit orders to one pair per customer to ensure fair distribution.

What’s the difference between the Hybrid Wing and the MONO Mocc and Tabbi?
The Hybrid Wing is our first release, with limited drops of red and blue pairs. The MONO Pioneers, with 43 data points for a custom fit, are coming soon.

What if my foot scan says my feet are compromised?
Conditions like Morton’s Toe, overpronation, or supination may mean BIOMES aren’t the best fit for you. Consider consulting a podiatrist for advice.

How should my BIOMES fit?
BIOMES are based on real-world fit studies. You can customize fit through the Fit Visualiser after your foot scan, choosing a snug or roomy fit based on preference.

What are the Hybrid BIOMES made of?
The upper is made from rPET (recycled plastics), the sole from 3D-printed TPU, and the laces are also rPET. The glue used is polyurethane.
